"The visit was great at first. It was my first time in there, and I asked what I was being charged for at first. She said 104 up front pays for visit, call and vaccine. Everything else gets deducted from that 104. When I got in there I weighed him myself, she felt him checked his ears and brought the vaccine in. She said it’s 45 dollars for the vaccine. I said that comes out of the 104 correct? I asked the girl on the phone to make sure 5 times. She even put me on hold because I wanted to make sure that was correct, came back on the phone and said yes I made sure that was correct. Awesome! Well it wasn’t. I called to let them know I was upset that I payed 104 dollars for absolutely nothing. I could have weighed him at home and checked his ears. NOT HAPPY I got lied to and they did nothing about it. Still waiting for someone to call me back."

"I rushed my sweet boy Cooper to Kokomo Animal Hospital after he was attacked by a neighborhood dog while we were walking. Coop suffered several deep puncture wounds. He was seen immediately and taken into surgery to clean and repair his wounds. I can’t thank the staff enough for the immediate attention and loving care he received that day! I’m happy to say he’s showing signs of improvement and is on the road to recovery!"
