"I have been taking my fur babies here for a couple years now. This visit was very informative and helpful, the doctor actually came in and had a discussion with me which is my preferred method. The tech was very helpful as well this time. My last visit had me debating if I should go somewhere else, as I took my dog in for her vaccine and since she had a tummy ache that day, instead they sent me home with some canned dog food and charged me $500 for my visit that day, for me that is nearly a 40 hour workweek, so in my mind I worked 40 hours for a tummy ache that most likely would have been resolved with some rest and a note telling me where to get some cheaper canned dog food. I’m also a little concerned that they noted two accounts on file and lost some of my pets records. Maybe I’m just used to more hometown hospitality vets in my past. My babies are my world, so I am going to keep going since my animals are comfortable here, in hopes all our future visits are increasingly better, I understand everything in the world is a little tilted since Covid so only the future shall tell."
"From the 1st phone to arriving for our urgent appointment as a new patient, this office was amazing! I got right in with my injured pup. The Vet nurse was great with our pup. Kind, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. My pup loved her immediately. The Vet (Dr. Swartz) was amazing too. Very nice, knowledgeable, attentive and explained things throughly. They all bonded with my pup immediately and that means so much to me. He seemed just as happy with them. I’m so happy that we’ve found our forever Vet!"
