"Like so many of the reviews I've read, I would give them zero stars as well. How in the world do school districts still use this company?"

"Implore your local school districts to not use this company. There are plenty of competent companies out there that aren't going to take advantage of children and the elderly to make money. Not receiving a school yearbook by the end of the year, then being told that they cannot provide order information on a paid for product whose sole intent is to help preserve memories via signatures renders this product nearly useless. If their sweatshop caps and gowns are an indicator of quality, I'm not hopeful that we will even receive a fully assembled book."

"Would also give 0 stars if I could. One of my classmates just found out they received the wrong color tassel, and graduation is in 6 days. My boyfriend, graduating from IU, didn’t receive a shipping label. I also know someone who goes to Purdue, and they received an IU tassel. My Purdue gown had loose seams with strings hanging out at the bottom. Herff Jones is such a joke, and I can’t believe so many colleges still go through them. With how much you have to pay just to RENT them, they really should be better quality."

"I learned a significant amount from executive-level mentors while employed at the Indy campus, and I'd like to believe I made a meaningful impact on several others during my time there too. The morning before my departure, I was gifted 30 minutes of undivided attention from a true leader who genuinely saw my potential and appreciated my passion for continuous improvement. A servant to others' success who always seemed to have his employees' best interests in mind. His professional demeanor coupled with my time, energy and involvement with the Engagement Committee kept me inspired to ambitiously drive change on several levels as I worked to understand my fellow colleagues and the goals of the broader organization. Unfortunately, the position I landed in during an ill-explained organizational shift was not a great fit for me in the end, but I will admit I wish it would have worked out. What initially seemed to be an opportunity for growth eventually led to the absence of pertinent information, effectively communicated through the appropriate channels, and increasingly entitled director-level individuals lacking the leadership I personally deem necessary to sustain synergistic change. But that's just me ;-)"

"Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!!! Follow up to my review two days ago. Now when I call it is a constant busy signal— all day! Graduation is the day after tomorrow and no announcements nor the rest of my order. I spent hundreds for a package that included announcements, thank you cards, and a frame. After reading all of the reviews, I am examining legal options. This is a fraudulent business! Ordered a regalia package for my university graduation this Saturday (four days away). I still have not received announcements. I have emailed to no avail. I'm now on a call waiting for a representative with an estimated wait time of 199 minutes. Why is there no callback feature? Sadly there is no way to avoid this poor customer service since they have a monopoly on all graduation attire and accessories."
