"I filed my 2019 return with them and got IRS notices that I hadn't filed my return. The accountant that helped me file my return is no longer there and they won't help me contact the IRS, so I have to do it myself or hire someone else to do it. Not to mention I already paid them $500 this past July to contact the IRS and t's still not resolved. Horrible experience."
