"DO NOT USE THEM!! They didn't file the taxes in April on time and didn't tell me. I called a week later and found out. They said my files were locked in an office that was closed and they couldn't get to them. This went on for 3-4 weeks. Then I found out they were in another office that was open, but nobody was working on it. After they filed them (late) I got a penalty letter from the state. I took that in for them to file because they were supposed to pay the penalty. They said they would do it the same day and call me. Never happened. Two weeks later I tried to follow up, and nobody answers the phone again. How a national chain can get away with such horrendous service, I'll never understand. And I know I'm not the only one that went through this. I listened to many others in the office with the same problems. STAY AWAY!!"

"I have used H&R Block for many years and always felt it was worth the cost. This year however I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone while my 2022 federal taxes remain in limbo.This is a last ditch attempt to get in contact with ANYONE to please fix whatever issue. My tax pro will not respond, the office doesn't call when I have an appointment. No returned emails or in app messages. Please just finish the service I have already paid for. Can I also add I have already spoken with the specialists at the 1800 number."
