"I went here to get gold wedding bands downsized for my soon to be daughter-in-law. The bands came back thinner. They skimmed gold off of them. I suspect to use it for other work. I suggest weighing your jewelry before and after. Weigh them there in front / with them and take pictures with a ruler in your pictures. I was upset for months after the work was done and even today, a couple years later, enough to post this review. I gave them time to rectify the situation, but they did nothing. I wore those rings for 20 years. I know how wide my bands were. The look and feel was significantly lighter."
