"Never again. The folks at the place were lovely, the technician was very nice, the place was clean. But the billing is ATTROCIOUS. 5 months and they won't submit the bill to the correct insurance address (you know the one on the insurance card I gave them). I even had the insurance call them with me. All they said was that patient is responsible for the bill. 6 months later, 7 phone calls and still they have not submitted to the insurance. AND i found out last week they never even sent the results to my doctors office! When i called about that, rude girl was like what's the doctors fax number. No sorry no responsibility to their error. NEVER again. What a hassle for a routine mammogram."
