"I think the place is great! Always friendly, welcoming and, helpful. Edit: I was happy with them but then I dropped off my taxes a few days after April 15. My fault but here it is September and my taxes still aren't done. I'm done waiting and getting nothing but excuses. I will not use again."

"Would not recommend this firm to anybody that wants their taxes done done. Had good experience for the last 5 years up until now. Drop them off on 4-17-23. I knew they would file an after calling twice in May June July I was sick of it they closed the office in South Bend, wanted me to drive to Plymouth to pick up my paperwork that I gave them in April because they couldn't tell me when they were going to complete my Texas had them done locally last week got my refund of 2900 I think they should pay me interest on this they are so Incompetent andunpt."

"We dropped our taxes off the middle of March, it is the end of July and they are still not done. I call to check on them and they can't give me a straight answer on when they will be done. They have given me answers such as "they were started this week" or "within a month" but they are not done. They said that they had a preparer leave the company and this is why there is a delay. That is a them problem not my problem. When I dropped my taxes off I was under the understanding that I would have them back within a reasonable time. I called and asked to speak to the owner and he couldn't bother to call me back. I highly doubt that I will be bringing my taxes here in the future."

"I tried to give this place a second chance, when I received a call about my review left. They didn’t offer to fix or correct the situation and instead insisted I was a “liar” and needed to write an apology. So here it goes, I’m sorry you cannot communicate with your customers and give them straight answers. I went in and gave them my phone number and they continuously called the wrong number. The lady I spoke to today had no idea what was going on with my review, I was left in the dark during that time. I turned my information in April last year and my taxes were not completed until January for one year. The other year was completed sometime in the fall winter months."
