"I hired Connor, Koala gulf coast to remove old insulation and replace with new in December 2021. They were having issues with their vacuum and stated they will have to remove it by hand. The next day when I came by to check on it, they said they had finished. I few days later I went in the attic to run wires and found they blew over the old insulation. They didn’t remove any. The removal was the majority of the cost. I called Connor and he did nothing. Very dishonest. If you use him, make sure you check his work before you pay."
