"I had to call three times to get items delivered by another person in their name to our address picked up and removed-these were not small items one is a mattress and bed frame. First time I called the person said they were sending a truck and they didn’t. The second time they said they were sending same day at 5:30, when they were late I called back and the third person said the second only did a report and no pick up was ever scheduled. This third time I was given a confirmation number and fed ex is supposed to come tomorrow-we will see. So not happy to be ignored and then blatantly lied to-this needs to be looked into as it appears to be a larger issue in hiring and integrity."
