"I usually have a great experience with conducting transactions at the Northwestern PFCU. Unfortunately, this changed when I had a subpar experience with the gentleman who prepared my check/cheque on October 5th. His attitude was very condescending and the interaction was frustrating. Maybe he just thinks I'm a stupid international student who had too many questions to ask. It was not a good experience and I felt reproached for mere inquiries. A little patience and grace goes a long way, I think especially so when service is part of the job. I think I'll visit the friendly folks at the PMU next time. At least I wouldn't harm the intellectual superiority and sensibilities of your Northwestern employees with my mundane questions."
