"My Chicago Walgreens dropped the ball on filling a much needed prescription, and the other Chicago locations didn't even bother to answer the phone. Called the Gary location and the pharmacist took charge right away. The pharmacist verified the medication was in stock and, even though I wasn't a regular customer at the location, had it filled in no time at all. The young lady that was the pharmacy tech at the drive-thru window was extremely patient and courteous even though there was a busy line of cars. Walgreens should be happy they have great staff at this location who represent the company well."
"The workers in sometimes mainly the cashiers at this one in particular act like a they act like they're working out of freaking jewelry store they actual judgy depending on how your address I seen it where if there's someone who's well-dressed they'll let them take certain items like flash drives are headphones up to the counter themselves but if you're in there dressed in hoodies jeans sneaker or just looking like you came from walking or something they'll be real judgy of you and have dry attitudes and won't let you take your stuff up yourself there have even been times where I've noticed them following certain people if they're dressed a certain way or have a certain demeanor about them plus some other deals on his greatest thing make them out to be there is often only one cashier open and the way they have the cash registers a line feel real inconvenient I wish they had it arranged like they do it other stores where they were different isles instead of having to cashier side to side I wish I could give this a -10 star that's how bad this place is"
"The actual pharmacist suck and are extremely LAZY. They seem to be above helping customers which is mind blowing. It's seems to always be a bother getting help from them. If it wasn't for a few of the techs, that place would go straight to the dumps. Thank you Jewel for great customer service!!! Do better Walgreens!!"
"Line moved rather slow. All in all cashiers were polite, knowledgible, professional and courteous. JUST MOVED TO SLOW PROCESSING PATRONS PURCHASES."
