"Don’t waste your time or money with this lawn firm. I consulted for an out of state custody transfer, and all seemed fine at first. The problem may mostly be with the paralegal (only one). I was told they could not get certified copies of my court docs from another state, and was advised by Donna Bays to hire another attorney in that state to appear for me to get them (starting at $1000). I refused, and after a simple email to that court, I had certified court documents within 2 weeks sent to my home. I immediately cancelled contract with this law firm. I am now out almost $600 and have 0 to show for it. Total incompetence. They also nickel and dime you to death on invoices. I work in law myself, and recommend that you stay away from Donna Bays law firm."

"Donna Bays was appointed parenting coordinator for me and my ex-wife to handle custody related disputes. The benefit of having a parenting coordinator is to have a faster response time and fair outcomes for the children involved. Neither of those things happened in my case. She refused to read any of the prior material related to our case, so explaining it to her repeatedly cost me extra money on top of her high rate. She inflated her charges by making routine tasks appear to take longer. In numerous situations, she was biased toward the mother despite the harm it caused the children in doing so. When she did not receive payment as she thought she should have, she would withhold a decision or recommend withholding parenting time as punishment, regardless of the emotional damage she caused to children in the process. I would not recommend her for anything."
