Bippus State Bank

"Bippus is a great bank. I feel as though my money is safe. However, they need to have lobby hours on Saturdays for those of us who work 3rd shift. They also need to train their employees better. For example: Every time I get a check to deposit that is jointly made out to my wife and myself it is always an argument when trying to deposit into a non-joint account. It hasn't just happened once. This is the third time under the same circumstances. Both wife and I were present with ID's and were told they couldn't deposit because her name isn't on the account (which makes government issues tax checks worthless). It takes a 2 minute transaction and turns it into a 10 minute ordeal. It doesn't need to be like that. Other than those 2 issues which are reflected in the star rating, I'm overall pleased."
