"I would like to know why this location decided to shred an ID, when in fact, they looked through a stack of IDs and CREDIT CARDS, but told me “We aren’t allowed to hold IDs for a certain amount of days”. This was a FAT STACK of IDs and credit cards. Something is fishy, and I would stay away. Last I heard they were asking people to invest in them. Why run a pawn shop if y’all are too broke to even pawn items off to? Customer service was also very rude, even though I had nothing to do with their horrible day. I think there’s something going on here that they don’t want customers knowing."

I had some tech issues on my part learning how to use the iPhone vs Android and this system so super late with my review but the fact I am still writing it months later speaks to how helpful he was and the great service he provided.
