"Very unorganized place. Not enough bankers for smooth transitioning. The blonde short lady up front who is supposedly MANAGER has a very nasty demeanor. Not willing to go the extra mile at all , I asked a simple question on wait times, her response was not appropriate. Customer service should be top notch. I have been a Bank of America customer for over 9 years. I am now looking to bank else where."

"There is no reason to auge a business advantage account with them because the business perks at this branch is always closed. I have been to this branch every business day for the last 3 business days and each time I am unable to get business handled due to the long wait times. The team members are very nice and they offered assistance to one another but the manager is very lackadaisical about customer service or the needs of the client. The branch really could benefit from new management and customer service training"

"After banking with this bank over 10+ years, I’ve chosen to close my account because of the rude unprofessional nonchalant ladies of color at this location. When referred to the manager Roberto he was just as rude and nonchalant as the manger an lead. As a manager of the branch I expected better but no, now I see why the bank tellers act in that manner to the customers because they picked up his bad habits. Customer service an wait times here had become extremely lengthy. And on this one particular day In October I came in to do a transaction I had done several times an was turned away. I was told that they didn’t care how many times the transaction I had done before that they weren’t doing it this particular day. Which was very confusing an upsetting why I was being treated in this manner after being a customer over 10+ years. I kindly ask the manager to close my account while the Spanish teller showed concern an ask that I think it over because of my time with the bank. The manager Roberto nonchalantly showed no care at all an told me it was no problem to close the account but my money wouldn’t be available until the next day. I ask for corporate number to bring this to the attention of a higher manager I was given a card by Roberto for an number where I could NEVER reach anyone. So I’m leaving this review here in hopes that upper management respectfully take the time to review it an improve the customer service at this location no one deserves to be treated in this manner at a bank were their hard earn money is. Stay away from this bank an bank were they will value you as a customer."

"Another reason why people should not have a customer service job. I came into this Bank of America in Calumet City and the "banker" was so rude, unhelpful, and classless. Her unprofessional attitude make me want to NEVER use this location again."
