"Took a brand new dress in to be pressed. Only August 12 of the wedding dress had stains down the back of the dress. I had to wash it day of the wedding"
"Went to Worth Cleaners and asked that my Queen Comforter be dry cleaned on 4/12. Went back 4/28 and was told it wasn’t ready. Went 5/6, it had faded spots where it had been laundered, talked to owner on following Monday, he said they had lost the tag on comforter and to give them more time to work on the comforter. After many trips 5/22 back to cleaners, still no results, I bought a comforter for $109, took the receipt and was told they would not pay to replace comforter. Won’t ever use this cleaners again. Owner was extremely rude. Do NOT use if you like your items."
"I thought by reading the reviews first before patronizing would do me justice but this time it didn't. The staff was nice. However I dropped off 21 pieces of clothing to be pressed and they literally did nothing! Wrinkles are still in the back of my blazer jackets, my cuff where pressed out( that i have to re-iron myself.. I expressed that I am a recording artist and my appeal is important. My clothes are luxury, that's why I brought them to a "professional cleaners" my clothes looks like they were tossed in a dryer and put in clear plastic. Definitely a waste of $150... BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE, there're too young, they lack value of professional pressing."
"I love their speed. You can drop off before 8am and pick up after work the same day. However, literally every time I use them, there's a problem and I have to return something for a re-do. Makes the speed null and void since I have to spend more time returning and then waiting for the re-do."
"I have been using Worth Cleaners for several years and continue to be impressed with their quality, service and friendly staff. Usually visit them on a weekly basis to either drop off or pick up. Their email notifications are helpful also. During these unusual times the management and staff are doing everything they can to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible."
