"Mr Hear initially was very responsive and took action on the phone making calls and demanding information. This impressed me. I thought he would be a good investment for some actual courtroom time. Mr Hear fell extreamly short with my case. The judge shut him down less than 30 seconds into his opening statement and started schooling him on why we were wasting the courts time. Mr Hear became so flustered with that he spoke out of turn causing the judge to start yelling. This caused Mr. Hear to fold and he then forgot to present our new evidence which would have been extreamly helpful with the declining arguments. This was a most embarrassing and extreamly expensive lesson for this crippled senior veteran on a fixed income. I called Mr Hearvthe following day and his only comment was "WE LOST BECAUSE OF THE JUDGE". I feel we didn't lose. Because in order to lose i needed to enter the race. I had no dog in the fight. I then asked why he didn't present the new evidence of me being harassed and he replied "I DONT KNOW" I am still very confused and in disbelief after 32 hours. What adds to this is the fact that 2 weeks earlier he had me show at court which was a 2 hour round trip but the case had been postponed. Charles claimed he tried to call me but my phone must have not been working. I have requested he remove himself from my other endeavors and refund me. I am positive he will remove himself but I have little hope any refund will grace my empty account. He's eating steak and I will have another cup of noodles on my broke wallet."
