"I had no choice, but to work with them regarding my medical debts, but there was one lady I talked to who, out of all of my calls seemed the most genuine and nice and truly cared about helping me in my situation. She reassured me about all of my questions and things about court dates and such. I recently needed proof that I paid off a specific debt for a specific situation that I am in and they were very understandable and sent the paperwork in a timely matter, though they forgot one of the four items needed. Before calling them, I double checked everywhere it could’ve possibly been and when it turned up empty. I called them on the next business day, and they got it sorted out and sent the missing item."

I just left there I had the best and most courteous customer service that you could ask for I believe the young lady that was helping me name was Tracy. "I was actually dreading the call, especially with the reviews I read about Lisa. Well, as fate would have it, when I did call, I did get Lisa but for me, it was surprisingly, a pleasant experience. First, I have several accounts totaling a little over 8k and the first lawsuit had been filed. I knew I didn't have that type of money but did have 2k. I asked her what could be done to stop the lawsuit which ultimately would have resulted in a garnishment. We came up with a plan where I paid off the smaller bills that were due to be filed and put a down payment on the larger combined bills, and entered into a payment plan that works for me for the balance. I think what people may find off-putting about Lisa is that she is very direct. I understood when I called that she works for the creditor and is paid to do what is in their best interest. However, she was willing to work with me which I do appreciate."

"Well the good is they do not report on your credit report. The bad is they will sue you for as much as they can get, Regardless of your situation. They have set guidelines and will not drop lower unless you submit documenting proof that u can't afford. Lady on phone is quick and assumes everyone is up to no good. I'm disabled but had been blessed to be able to work full-time and function with medications and i make an decent survivable income before bills. However as soon as I been able to function and hold job they have not gave me a break and coming after me for every medical bill I owed and God knows there's a lot. I'm literally trying to just keep them from garnishing my checks again so I don't get in trouble at my job due to repeatedly garnishments. Wish there was something I could do about this because I feel I will stay poor barely surviving cause these bills are all part of the never-ending story. But they are creditors, just a bit more cocky than others. It's their money and they want it now and it ain't going to be a comfortable payment unless u make a lot or don't have as much bills.
