"I used William J Bryan. For an eviction on a tenant11/22 .I could never get a hold of him , he lacked communication, never called back , never replied to my emails and never acted on evicting the tenant , Tenant was served with a 60 day notice and was to vacate the property in May 2023 we met and discussed we we’re moving forward with the eviction 2 months passed by and calls me in June 2023 to make sure we were moving forward when we had already talked about it , this whole time. He’s reviewing the paperwork and still charging us with out nothing happening , we didn’t even have a court date yet by this time , evicting someone is stressful enough and dealing with William was just as stressful , will never use him again , I switched lawyers. In July 2023. And. Nothing was in motion , I started from scratch with a new lawyer. , here I am a year Later still evicting the tenant. Because of William’s lack of moving forward and lack of communication"
