The UPS Store

"If I could make a zero star I would. I will NEVER be returning to this UPS store ever again. The middle aged man with the salt and pepper hair standing about 5’7” was the most rude disrespectful person I have come in contact with. I was simply needing copies of some paperwork and nowhere does the copy machine that’s right by the front door say employees only, ask for assistance nothing. So naturally I assumed it was for public use. The man then proceeded to be so rude. Saying “don’t touch my machine”. To which I told him that it was not needed to be rude like that because there was no signage saying it was for employee use only. He then said you wait in line like everyone else again very rudely. I again said that there was no need to be rude. He said if you don’t like it you can leave. So I left and this store will never get my business ever again."

"I had a very bad experience at this store. I came in with a couple of items that needed returned. The manager of this store printed the labels off and put them on the packages. A few days later I went back in with my tracking receipt because it showed that one of the items was never sent back and it couldn’t be tracked. The manager screamed at me and told me it was my fault, that I probably sent her the wrong labels to print. The item was over $100 so she got $100 out of the drawer and slammed it down on the counter and told me that she guessed UPS was responsible for something I did. Again, this lady was the manager. I’ve never been treated like that anywhere. I will never go to this location again."

"I tried to return a package to the Anderson UPS store. It was a couple mins after 5pm. The door was unlocked and the lights were still on outside. As soon as I opened the door I was met with rude people. One lady had her hand up telling me that they are closed. I already had my label printed and was going to do their job and scan my package while they were taking care of the other 3 people currently in the store. I understand it was a couple mins after and if they would have been nice about it I would completely understand. There is no need to be rude to customers. Never had a bad experience until today. Need to clean up your customer service!!!!"

"The UPS Reps gave great Customer Service… They understood what I needed, and gave me several options to choose from to ship my item… They called me back when they said they would, and they helped me ship my item in a timely manner."
