"Frequent shopper, however today I was not pleased with the service. Called to see if they had sunflowers they said no, but if I can run by the store and grab some they would put something together for me cool! Head to the store grab 20$ bucks worth of sunflowers run down to the shop, she puts them in a vase with "greenery" no additional flowers or anything and charges me 30$ for what?!!! Surely this vase isn't over 10$ and 10$ for your time maybe?! 30$ and i purchased my own flowers from the store. Geesh! I think you guys lost a great customer! I'll post pics in a few"

"Hopefully this is the correct Le Fleur, but just in case u need to verify I still have the order number, my son is currently stationed in Guam and last year he sent me flowers and a balloon for my birthday. This year it was an edible arrangement but I had to post about last year balloon because I still have it! Of course the flowers are long gone but this balloon looks like I just got it yesterday and my bday is Nov 8 so I have had it over a year now. Thank u guys for a great job and a long lasting balloon which is something I love! The balloon on the bottom is the one from last year."
