"Had contacted store about packing and shipping a Ebay purchase and paying over the phone, No Problem was told several times. Seller drops off dishes, I call to pay and Policey was changed and manager did not know about it and I have a BIG PROBLEM! Seller comes back gets dishes cancels sale, and never relists dishes. I offered to over night a money order to the the store, NO has to be in person. I was told several times they would accept payment over phone. I mean seriously you could not accept a money order???? Mangenment do not bother to respond you guys are terrible, I have done this with several other UPS locations, no problem. Hope this helps others when dealing with your store."
"Regular business mailings through this store. Went today, mostly low volume lobby, to drop off two prepaid packages and get a drop-off receipt. The employee dismissed me and told me to use the self serve kiosk instead. The kiosk did not read my labels after several tries. The employee joked about how it was "easier said than done." They wouldn't scan so I had to leave them without getting drop-off receipts. Who knows if the packages will reach their destination. I'll come back because we're required to use this outlet for work. Would not go there otherwise."

"Came in on a Saturday, only one person working but BOY was she AMAZING!!!!! Think her name was Olivia and with everything I had to copy and organize and put in envelopes....she was patient, kind, and still helped other customers. Made my experience easy and wonderful. Will be back!!!"
"This is a very busy location, but usually only one worker there most of the time. He is always super helpful and kind even when there is a line out the door. I was there one day, and his coworker decided to go on break when there were three or four people standing in line to be helped. Appreciate his hard work and care he takes with everyone that comes through the door."
