"This use to be a very good option in banking but ever since they changed their computer system over, it has been a train wreck. You can never reach them via telephone and the lines at the branches are extremely long and excruciatingly slow. The customers don’t understand the system and it has become apparent that the people working at the bank don’t either. It’s extremely unfortunate that they rushed into a new system without fully understanding what it would take to switch over. Right now, banking here has become a liability and not a seamless process."

"Convenient locations. But that's literally the only thing convenient about Centra. You'd think a smaller bank would be easier to work with than large banks on things like auto loans and check cashing, but they just aren't. I ended up opening an account with a larger bank. I would advise you to do your banking elsewhere if you want to have a bank that isn't a pain in the ass any time you want to use them"
