"Worst customer service experience! Speaking to someone who is polite and professional is not what you will receive. When I call to ask for a supervisor they leave me on hold and pass me around! Definitely do not recommend handling any accounts with them."

"Do not bank with Key if you live out of state. I have been a dedicated member at Key Bank for the 15 years and had fraudulent activity on my account which has caused it to be locked, along with my online banking. In order to "unlock my account", I now have to drive over 9 hours (to the closest branch) to show my ID to prove I am who I say I am, even with an active police report filed. Not a happy camper. There has to be a better way of doing things, its 2022. 2 stars because they had been great for the last 15 years...up until now."
