"Saw the sign for Jerry Brown Pottery off the highway. Decided to stop we were greeted by a cute mule and horse. The building was locked, but a woman yelled from across the street that she would come over. Some of the most unique pieces of pottery and appreciate the traditional methods used to make it. Everything was half off we walked out with a face jug and a mug. What a wonderful experience we will always get a good laugh whenever we look at our face jug."

"I watched Brenda Gantt on Facebook and wanted a flour bowl so I ordered it in January. Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews first because I still haven't received it. There is no way of contacting. I've tried emailing, Facebook messenger, and voicemail (which is full). I'm more disappointed in not getting my bowl than losing the money."

"I placed an online order in July and still have not received my order. I’ve called numerous times, now calling weekly. I continue to get the same answers...”it’s shipping tomorrow”, or “ it’s coming out of the kiln tomorrow and I will get it shipped out”! I’ve emailed ans requested my money back with no reply. My next move will be to call the local Chamber of Commerce and BBB to file a complaint. I completely understand running behind in production, but if that’s the case, stop taking orders of any kind until production is caught up. Also, be transparent with customers that have paid you in good faith to receive a product. I’ve never had this problem with McCarty Pottery in Mississippi."

"My husband and I were headed home to Florida and saw the Brown Pottery sign on the highway. I’m so glad we took the time to visit. The family were so nice and showed us around the Gallery telling us the history. We were also able to watch Jeff make a birdhouse, which was fascinating to see. Thank you for making our visit so fun. I purchased 4 pieces and love the uniqueness of each piece. My husband is especially excited to cook on the chicken cooker."
