"I have been banking with Crane for years now. Everything I have to say is positive. I have always dealt with wonderful people. The thing I appreciate the most is I have never felt like a customer. Each time I have needed personal attention to a matter I have not only had the matter resolved but it has been done so with respect and care. Like I said I have only had positive experiences with my bank. Plus those ladies are awesome and a joy to see."

"If i could give 0 stars i would. The place charges a 10 dollar fee to pay by phone. Online payments are difficult and extremely buggy and freezes up almost every time. Ill spend over half an hour trying to make my payments. And i believe her name is Lori Lundy from loss prevention would always wait till i was about 3 months late to call or text me. She made an agreement one time for me to pay on a specific day and i worked 3rd shift which she knows and slept in till after 4 and she sent a repo guy to my house and blocked my number and *69 is the only thing that saved me because she locked my account to where she was the only one who could accept my payments. I drove an hour to the branch begging them to make the payment but they couldnt and called her and she refused. She has screamed at me rudely multiple times. Only reason i havent made a complaint is i am still paying on my loan"

"Was needing to consolidate from high interest, went and talked with Mike and Allison and they were awesome! Super friendly, explained everything very well, and handled everything from start to pay off. Very happy and will be a continued customer!"

"I have always had such friendly service here when I pay my van payment there through shared branch. Not today. Pam Cooper was not so friendly today. The staff even had their personal vehicles parked in the drive through making customers get out of their cars to get to the ATM. They said there was a tornado and hail although neither happened. Kindness does make a difference Pam! A smile can make or break someones day!"

"It sends who is working, but generally staff is very polite and friendly. Once I withdrew some money and didn’t realize they gave me $100 less than I pulled out until later that day. The next day I saw that they refunded the $100 saying they only gave me 100 less than what was taken out. 10/10 great, easy to work with credit union"
