"I have been going here for years. They carry quality brands of cat food like Fromm and Stella and Chewy. I love that I can bring my cats to the store. Banana loves picking out his own toys and being cuddled by the staff. The team is awesome here. They don't make me feel judged or like an annoyance, and they seem genuinely happy to see me and my pets."
"Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable staff. They actually help you find what you're needing or wanting they take the time to listen and ask questions to help. We live in Lafayette but hands down I would choose to visit the Kokomo location if and when I can because there's so much more in touch with the customers. I don't know if it's because they're an older set of staff members or what makes them stand above and beyond. I just know that the Lafayette store is constantly rude and it's dirty too sometimes. And the Kokomo store is actually really clean too"
"I visit here to wash my fur babies in the self serve. It was SOO much easier than a bath at home. They offer multiple choices for shampoos, towels and blow dryers and treats when you finish. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. This was my first visit so my boy was a bit nervous so I had to get up the stairs and in the tub first. A memorable moment where we all shared laughs."

"Mickie and Jessica on tow for some dog food. Walked in when we were greeted by two extremely nice employees. Automatically drawn to the kitties there for adoption, they have rescues here which is nice to see! They have other fury friends and fish. We were drawn to the clearance isle from Halloween, as you will see Mickie was the model! Come here and bathe your animals and tons of a selection. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the weight management food."
