"Usually decent service (with the exception of occasionally not returning my bank account card), but on one occasion I got in the drive-thru line shortly before closing about 6:55. The green open sign was on. I proceeded to sign my checks and add them up. I opened my window expecting to see the pneumatic tube and the door was shut. I rang for assistance several times and a lady came out of the building and informed me "We're closed". They should have assisted me, since I was in line before closing. They chose not to."
