"I'd give zero etars if I could. The ATM had a technical issues and ate all of my cash deposit. I called over the teller name Chima Iwu. He told me to put that I deposited $0 despite the instructions on the screen saying to put in the amount I tried to deposit. I followed the instructions on the screen and he began to get very angry about it and berated me on why I didn't listen to him. This went on most of the interaction so I chose to stop talking and call customer service. They were able to help me over the phone and answer all my questions kindly. Train this employee on customer interaction."
"Don't make an appiontment here, it's pointless I had a 2:30pm appointment and was told even if I have an appointment it's first come first served, because they can't tell people to leave. But what about the members that took the time out of there day to make a appointments to speak to someone. There is no physical number to this branch and only one person works a day but they continue to let people book appointments to get you in the door. This wouldn't have happened at a traditional bank institution."
"Awful customer service after 4pm. The person minding the bank is on a personal phone call and doesn't speak or understand English very well and he is excruciatingly SLOW!"
