"Worker was so rude I considered going to my usual location in Avon. I had to remind myself that would inconvenience me and Ms. Bad Attitude could care less. I have only gone to this location maybe one other time so can't say if it's the norm, but since there are other locations will not go back. And to clarify what I mean is that she refused to even greet me. Initially I thought she didn't hear me say hello but she looked at me directly and refused to respond when I repeated my greeting. To me these attitudes are too common and most of the time those workers who choose a customer service position with no customer service skills want more than minimum wage and doing the minimum. Take a day off if you can't be polite."
"Had a package to return but couldn't get the label to print. The clerk walked me through the steps to print from my phone (small fee) and the package was on its way. I'd made a big deal out of something so easy. Great customer service!"
"The people who work here provide exceptional service, and go above and beyond! I'm in there frequently to return stuff to Amazon and they're always quick, helpful and professional. They let me know when my return wasn't packaged in an Amazon approved way, so that I didn't get charged for it. And when my husband returned our equipment to Comcast, they were knowledgeable enough to know that Comcast was going to have us return it to the wrong location. Several people had previously had issues with this, so the lady who helped him got it going to the right location. Not only did we get credit for the return, but we also got a refund. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable service that saves us money - THANK YOU UPS Store!!!"
