"My mother-in-law banked here for many years and we also had our children's college funds saved here until they needed money for school. My youngest still has part of her funds in her account here. It's a solid, trustworthy place to bank. Good Christmas savings club. Of course, the interest on savings could be better but they also have fair rates if you borrow so, it evens out. (We cashed in a bond once and they made the process smooth and painless.) I could recommend Forum mainly as a good place to start out teaching your children about savings, banking in general, etc."

"I’ve had many issues in the past with the bank. Although recently it has been extremely inconvenient and annoying that my direct deposit through my employer will take till late until the next morning to hit. Then when pay hits on a holiday, everyone I work with gets their checks the night before or even 2 days before. That is and will never be the case on my end. The bank also withdrew a couple hundred out of my account for an issue that was on their end, said I would be refunded & never was. After going twice to figure it out and being promised a solution I got nothing. Just over all disappointed and will be switching over soon to chase."

In a day and age where people don’t want to give you the time of day, they actually get to know you and your name. I’ve always been greeted with a smile. And they still have a coin counting machine which is free for members! These things are getting hard to find, so it’s a great perk! I highly recommend Forum CU for your banking needs, and if you’re in the Avon area, you should definitely get to know the great folks at the Avon branch!"
