"I took a Kate Spade comforter to be laundered and it is now ruined. I told the woman there were a couple of stains and some dog hair when I dropped it off, but it was in very good shape. Once I got it home, it was extremely wrinkled and misshapen and ‘wadded material’ all over the edges. There are also permanent marks on it that were not there when I dropped it off. I took it back today and the manager argued with me and told me they did not stain the comforter and the wrinkling and wadded up material is just what happens. I’ve had it laundered before and this has NEVER happened. She kept arguing and finally said she’d return the money I paid to have it cleaned, but there was nothing else she could do. This is NOT what happens with a nice quality comforter, this is what happens when you take it somewhere like this. Never again will I use or recommend them and I recommend the same to everyone else in the Fairhope area!"
