"I submitted an online query for this business and they called me almost immediately. I thought this would be a great company to work with as they seemed Johnny on the Spot. Then they no showed the house walk through appointment with no call or text or warning. So I drove back to work. Then the company messaged me asking when they could do a walk through? I told them, I had already had one scheduled and no one showed up. The individual apologized profusely with sincerest apologies….then when I messaged them with another time I could meet them for a walk through, I heard nothing back for over a week. So, I will not be working with them. Communication failures and process breakdown makes me question their professionalism. Or is this just a group of people who go around cleaning houses with no structure? Either way I don’t find the company respectful of their clients and their lack of accountability concerning. I don’t trust them in my house while I’m gone. Good luck to everyone else!"
