"I had this driver for about 3 months that just shouldn't have a job driving other people around! He put myself and 2 other passengers in danger on several occasions because of his poor driving! Despite several complaints to the company from me and others, the company never did anything besides talk to him about it! I even tried texting him myself to tell him I felt unsafe and why. I also gave him advice on how to improve and be more safe. Not only did he not respond to that text, he didn't use my advice to improve either! I got fed up and text one last time asking for a different driver because of his driving making me feel unsafe. Instead of taking any meaningful action, the company simply took him off our route and gave him another one! I'm glad I don't have to worry about it anymore, but now he's just gonna be putting some other poor folks in danger instead. Which really upsets me! They showed their true colors there! They care more about that kid and his job then they do about the safety of their passengers and that's downright sickening! I hope to God he doesn't wind up getting some other people badly injured or worse! Which I really wouldn't doubt unfortunately! Don't use this company! There are plenty of others out there with more competent drivers I'm sure!"

"These people are absolutely incompetent. Despite having been given ample notice of my trip, they failed to show up. They didn't even call or otherwise notify me that they wouldn't be showing up. They just left me hanging high and dry. Avoid these clowns at all costs."

"The worst transportation service available, I only gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen and the BBB needs to do a thorough investigation into why this company, or at least it's employees, are allowing their clients to drive one another to and from their destinations, when the drivers/employees cannot perform their own job duties for one reason or another. The employees/drivers also pay their clients to do their routes for them. This has happened serveral times and there are cash transfers and text messages to prove all of these allegations."
