"Service was good, the bathroom facility was atrocious. The commode looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom door is falling off the hinges. I would not shower here. I drove a mile down the street and used the bathroom at the Piggly Wiggly. Come on Quala, I know you can do better. I've visited some of your other facilities."
