"We bought a bunch of stuff from this shop at their Berwyn Shops location. We were told we could come back and exchange one the items if it didn’t fit our dog. Well, we have now come twice to the shop to exchange and both times it’s been closed. I tried calling the second time as we don’t live close by but no one picks up the phone."
