"My wife took her wedding dress here in early January, since they advertise themselves as “the wedding gown preservation specialists”. It is supposed to take a few weeks to get the wedding dress back. 10 months later and numerous scares that they had lost the dress and 0 communication on Watkins part we finally got it back. They claimed they would give a discount when we expressed our unhappiness and then did not when we actually picked up. Would not recommend."
