"This place is disgusting! I’ve been to many laundromats and have never been so grossed out. There was a dirty diaper on the floor, looks like the place hasn’t been swept or mopped in months, there were roaches crawling EVERYWHERE including in the machines! Ick!! On top of this their prices are way more expensive than other laundromats in the area. Go to the Wash N Go by the Honda dealership. Super nice staff and it’s always clean."

"We had never been to this establishment before because I had always used the one up on hwy 5 & 195 split. However my normal laundry mat was completely full and there was no washers or dryers available, so we decided on using somewhere else. When we arrived I thought it was a pretty nice looking facility. We got our clothes loaded them into the washer and we started the cycle. When they finished as I was pulling out my clothes, one of the machines did not do a spin cycle. So I thought maybe I had done something wrong as I was familiar with these machines(the white ones) so I put another $3 in to the machine, restarted it and went on with putting the other 2 loads I had in the dryer. By this time I had to use dryers that was on opposite sides due to no available dryers and there was 4 dryers that was completely full of clothes that had stopped and no one had come to get them, they just left them. So I dealt with it and began drying. I $1.50 in each dryer. Neither load was dry after 30 mins on high heat. So I put an additional 75 cents into each. The one was dry, but the other was very very damp. So I moved the very very damp load to another dryer and put an additional 75 cents into this dryer. After moving my clothes and $3 later for a normal load of laundry my clothes was finally dried. So I folded them and put them in bags and while my husband put the dry finished clothes in the car, I checked the load of laundry I rewashed,... Well needless to say, for a second time, my clothes was soaking wet. So I moved them from that washer to another one and began a wash cycle for a 3rd time. After spending $10 on one load of laundry to wash it, I was finally able to get that load in a dryer... The washers did not wash very effectively as there was still dirt on my husband's clothes, my clothes didn't even smell or feel clean. The washers didn't wash well, the dryers don't dry well and I spent a fortune on washing clothes here!! I Never spend this much at my normal place. It was a complete Rip off!! There is no attendant available, there is a number to call but no one answered. I will never take my business to this establishment again. I really hope this review helps someone to not make the same mistake I did."
