"I dropped off a small load of laundry (12 lbs.) and a comforter for their wash, dry, and fold service. My bill was $28. I found that to be quite excessive. I was charged $13 for the comforter. I can go and buy brand new comforters all day long for $22-$25. Why should I pay $13 to have one washed? When I went to pick up and pay for my laundry with cash, the attendant shows me her computer screen that was asking if I wanted to leave a tip. She asked me two times too. It's very rude for someone to ASK for a tip, especially when that person didn't even wash my clothes. And my clothes weren't even folded correctly at all. Everything was basically just folded in half and thrown in my laundry bag. AVOID this place. It's a total ripoff!"

"Dropped off my son's, who attends a local university, clothes to be laundered. We live out of town, so it was easier to find somewhere to drop them than take them home with me to wash, dry, and then bring them back. The lady was so helpful, and within a couple of hours, they had them ready for pickup. They texted my son when they were ready, and pick up was so easy. He has started using them once a week for all his laundry needs."
