1 Stop Laundry

"I went in at 5:25. I returned right as cycle ended and was attacked by the women manager saying she seen me me parked earlier why didn't I put in earlier. The cutoff is 5 30 and they close at 7:00. So at six I would take half hour tops to dry my paltry load of clothes, leaving a full half hour ahead of close. Instead I took my wet clothes and went elsewhere. Out of all my travels in the country this is the worst human being I have come across. Just a truly disgusting individual."

"I have used this Laundry for over a year and Angelia has always taken care of me. She has even gotten my laundry done when a holiday rolls up and they were going to be closed. She is an outstanding employee and all round good person."

"I had 1 load of laundry to do. Hours said they close at 7pm, but I figured there was a cutoff time. I needed to wash work uniforms for the next day. I walked in the door at 5:19pm. There were several people waiting on their clothes. I sat my bag down and went and asked the attendant for help as I didn’t know how to operate the large machines. I went to the counter and stood for a minute until the attendant turned around and came over. I asked her for help and laughed as I was a little embarrassed as I wasn’t sure what to do. She said she wasn’t letting anyone else wash clothes after 5:20. I said mam i didn’t know that but I was here at 5:20 and it’s now just 5:23.... my washer went out and I only have 1 load and need my uniforms for tomorrow. She said I don’t know what to tell you, I want to get out of here and I have all these people left and I still have to clean up. I said I understood what it’s like to want to go home, I work 12hr shifts myself and asked if I could please wash my 1 load as I was here by your stated cut off time and there’s washers open. She refused. I left and went to another one, further away. This is the most expensive load of laundry I think I’ve done."

"I have been going to this facility for several weeks. It has always been very clean. I have never had to wait to get a washer or dryer. The change machine has always worked. There are options of machines that take credit cards as well. If you prefer, you can drop your laundry and pay to have it laundered and folded. What interactions I have had with an attendant have all been polite. The only suggestion I have is that there be more seating available. I would avoid the “busy” times if possible."
