"The address is correct, I’m a material handler here. GPS shows different for most drivers. Best way for trucks to come in is down Hwy 18 going towards Vernon and turn left on CR 21 S. Hwy 96 is a little tight but will lead you to the other end of 21. There is room for parking, a trucker’s lounge, and a break room with vending 24/7. AT&T will pick up but any other cell service is spotty. Lots of truckers have issues with cell service."
