I rushed to Tech Solutions' aid. The moment I walked in, the team's "bedside manner" was instantly soothing. After a few questions and scans, I realized I had overreacted. They showed me why I was entirely safe and secure and sent me on my way with a smile. I know this was ultimately a minor thing, but it was a huge comfort to have a local team of experts available like this, and at a location where I could physically walk in and bring my devices to be looked over by intelligent and friendly human beings.
