"Absolutely the worst service I've ever had in my life. For about a month and a half I couldn't use my washer or dishwasher because it would cause the toilet to overflow and back up into my tub. My toilet also didn't work half of the time without backing up nasty dirty water into my tub when flushing. I couldn't take a shower without it not draining and being full to where I'd have to use a bucket to go and dump all the excess water. They came out four times with excuse after excuse on why they'd have to come back. Every single time there was a different reason for it. Told me I'd need to have a new sewer line ran to bypass the issue. And then even once that was deemed to be the solution they couldn't seem to be bothered to come out within a reasonable time as they had an excuse for it. and said they had to wait on Mawws to locate the line. Only to come out one final time to "try one more thing" so I go to meet them there and what really pisses me off is they were there for maybe 15 minutes didnt seem to try much of nothing and then had I not heard them leaving, they wouldn't have said anything to me on the issue. Tech already drove off so I caught the helpers who could only seem to not know what to say other than suddenly the boss "should be able to come out Monday and use his camera to locate it." Overall no communication whatsoever from them. And the real kicker, ended up getting someone else after that because of piss poor service and guess what! The other company came out, found what they couldn't, got my line cleared out and unclogged. They solved the issue in about 6 hours. In ONE day what Evans couldn't in a month and a half. I hate writing bad reviews but I feel this just was wrong."

"We had a leak, and we needed them right away. I called, and they came in 15 minutes. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. The job was done quickly and correctly. They cleaned up and left it better than when they got here. I’d use them again."

"Do not use they or horrible, the people have no clue as to what they or doing. The guy that came to the house could not stay off the phone with his wife, wanting to know when he was coming home. Left some tools out by the street left water cover off at the street. Just a total mess have a different company out here, Just beware..."

"Their drivers/employees have absolutely no idea how to drive. I drive a Jeep Wrangler, so I have a pretty good view behind me, an Evans plumbing van was behind me and I couldn’t even see the hood of their van, just the windshield and driver. I looked like he had already hit me and was just pushing me down the road from my point of view. Very inconsiderate as drivers."
