"The last few days one of our HVAC systems had been operating erratically, driving me crazy. Called ECS and Chad came out to run diagnostics on our system. Turns out we needed to have our thermostat replaced. After installing the new thermostat, Chad showed my wife and I how the new thermostat works, addressed all our questions, and gave us some invaluable advice specific to our system and its interface with the new thermostat. Really appreciate how personable and professional he was!"
