"Absolutely garbage doctor. Leave crawfordsville to find good doctors.We are switching to Lebanon for our kids doctors. We just had a baby and the thought of using Ruiz literally makes us sick. She is so rude in person. We have applied to have all three of our kids transferred out of her office."

"The doc is worthless but the nurses are awesome. We had issues with them keeping our insurance card which is ok bc I didn’t check either but the doc kept trying to say she probably had asthma bc I do and she had a cold every time we went and come to find out she had rsv so the second time she got rsv we went to the er instead. She doesn’t really listen to you and when I said it’s not asthma she explained asthma to me like I haven’t had it my entire life. I have 4 kids and I would not recommend going here if you want listened to. I’ll drive an hr away to take them to a doc instead."
