"Called for price to repair phone and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Called back to very snooty employee and was informed I would have to wait, she was waiting on customers in store. No need to worry about me backing you up in store in future. Good luck with this type service. Very disappointed. I have used multiple times for work and will never again."
"Honestly my repair could not have gone worse. The two workers seemed to have no idea how to fix the screen on my phone . Once they had replaced my screen they were unable to see that the new screen barely had any light to it. So they replaced it and then asked me if I thought the second screen was any better while looking at each other as if they were trying to hide something. After all this I ask them to put my old screen back on, which they did. Only to find out when I got home my ear speaker does not work anymore. So now I am afraid to even let them replace that."
"It was quick and very easy to bring the phone in. The phone carrier said I could not replace the battery. Batteries Plus fixed it within 2 hours. Great experience. Will recommend them to everyone."
