"Fantastic service from the entire crew at Higdon Services Heating and Cooling. J Adam Mason quickly responded to the service call and diagnosed the issue. Higdon had to replace my heat pump and duct work in the attic. The Bosch Heat pump is amazingly quite, energy efficient with a 10 year warranty. Derlis, Casimiro, Dalton, Owen Cameron and Scotty replaced the all the duct work and the entire crew was polite, kind and professional. I have only use Higdon since I moved to Alabama in 2003. I totally trust Kyle and his entire staff. Looking forward to seeing you guys for my annual service."
"The team that came to my house was hands down the best and hardest workers I've ever dealt with. They were polite, professional, even QUIET when they installed our new heat pump. They kept me informed throughout the day with the process and answered all my questions. It was so refreshing not having to stress about anything they were doing.
