"My 11 & 12 yr old daughters have been seeing Dr. Cook since my oldest was about a year and a half. I have never felt such care and experience from ANY doctor. She’s AMAZING! The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because of the facility. The nurse is a bit abrasive and the receptionist are all rude. Dr. Cook’s nice, caring & kindheartedness makes up for the rest of the staff."

"I have nothing bad to say about family Christian but my kids and I walked at least 10 blocks to this office in the cold because no one would answer the phone and that is unprofessional. I had to turn around and Walk back due to the fact I got there after 4pm which is the time they stop doing school physicals. That could have been said over the phone to save us from that long walk smdh. I was already worn out because I had just got off work. The young lady at the corner was very professional though, I really liked her and how she handled my situation. Hopefully I can come back on here and change my review at a later time."
