"Not sure what happened looking back at all of the good reviews. Had this company come out in April to quote for a new mini split in an upstairs room. Got the estimate scheduled very quickly and the man at the office was very helpful and appreciative of me calling but after the guy came out for the quote I never heard back. Maybe somehow it got looked over and was a legit mistake but we ended up using someone else for the installation :("

"Glasgow Heating and Air is wonderful! They work diligently to get you exactly what you need at the best price possible for you. The first time I had to contact them the technician stayed at my house several hours to make sure we had cool air in the middle of summer. I haven't ever dealt with a more compassionate company! The person who worked with us to get our new unit was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to do what we needed him to. When we had the new unit installed it didn't take long and the technician did an amazing job. He didn't leave the slightest mess for me to have to deal with when I came home from work. This group of people all around are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who is needing anything at all done to their unit! Thank you so much to Glasgow and all of their employees. They truly are the best!!"

"Justin from Glasgow came out today to help us with our AC units. He arrived on time. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. He not only conveyed what was wrong to me, but offered to call my husband and let him know as well. This was extremely helpful as I’m not well versed in HVAC. He offered a variety of services that would help manage our problem, and even offered a discount maintenance program to help lower future costs if needed on the units. Justin worked non stop for several hours without taking a break. The total price for his visit today was a great value. The main thing for me in the service and repair issue is trust. "These guys are the absolute BEST in the business!! We called and got someone to our house that same afternoon for a quote, he gave us a great deal and came the very next week to install. The guys that came to install our new unit were super friendly and professional! They laid a drop cloth so they weren't tracking grass and dirt in and out and they were super careful to make sure everything was to our liking. Once everything was done they stuck around to make sure we knew how the new thermostat worked and even helped my husband put our furniture back that we had moved to give them more room to work. This team is a well-oiled machine that deserves 10 starts if I could give it to them! Thanks Glasgow Heating & Air for being AWESOME!"
